PADEL

LEON AURELIUS TAIRA

Born May 17th, 2001 to a Canadian father and a Japanese mother.
Currently studying at Keio University, Faculty of Policy Management. Majors in Business Strategy and International Management at IBER-Kotosaka (as of December 31st, 2023).
As a child, when he was aiming to become a professional tennis player, he discovered and became fascinated by the sport of padel during a summer camp in Spain. He became a padel player following the establishment of padel courts in Tokyo. In 2020, he became the youngest winner of the All Japan Padel Championships and represented Japan.
He also studied programming on his own in his first year at university and joined a fitness startup as an engineer. He later branched off and is currently developing overseas strategies and providing support for Japanese brands.
