Governance
In our code of conduct, we state "Corporations must operate respecting international norms and adhering to the laws and regulations of the countries and regions in which they operate and internal stipulations as well as the spirit of all of these and with societal common sense. Corporations must not simply pursue profit through fair competition, but must also contribute to the realization of a sustainable society through creating additional value and employment that is useful to society and behavior that is autonomous and responsible." Further, we have included compliance with laws and ordinances, fair and appropriate dealings, and thorough corporate ethics. Additionally, we have included sincere and fair behavior, compliance with laws and ordinances and conformance with societal ethics as basic positions in our behavioral standards, and will not engage in and will prevent any corruption that conflicts with laws and ordinances like bribery, bid rigging and abuse of dominant power positions that lead to unfair dealings.
Based on the above thought processes, we will prevent corruption, and conduct business management and dealings that are fair, equitable, and transparent.
